ESP Compensation and Leaves Survey

 

OAESP’s Spring Survey 2024 clearly showed that OEA ESP members prioritize improving compensation and leaves for classified school employees; namely, being compensated well means being respected as a professional in the workplace. OAESP’s Spring Survey 2025 focuses on how members think compensation and leaves should be advanced. Our goal is collect survey responses this spring and provide a summary report at the OAESP meeting at the Spring 2025 OEA RA.
